I read this past month in Motorcyclist magazine an editorial by Mitch Boehm,
where he was lucky enough to ride in this summer's Benelli sponsored TT
Vintage Bike Parade. While he speaks of the dangers and his fears
of racing on the Mountain Circuit, he also goes on to say that to visit
the Isle of Man is a once in a lifetime journey, a trip that every motorcycle
enthusiast must take to fully experience a very special place. I've
tried on these pages to tie together a few random photographs that may
explain a bit of that experience, but of course they can't capture the
entire trip.
Practice
first thing in the moring, pre-dawn about 5am, waiting for the sun to break
through the horizon, and to ride over the island in the morning silence.
