Heather, if you look at the application form carefully, in small type it states that the order of classes on the registration form reflects the proposed schedule for the event.

What Scott says is true in intent, but we may need to swap a few things around. I was advised of one conflict I'd like to try to fix (I don't remember what it was, but it's on a piece of paper in my raincoat pocket) without causing any others.

What time can we register? Sunday evening?

Can we camp Sunday night? Is there a fee for camping?

Has the schedule been solidified?

Thanks,

John

Having Eve, race directors, Bob and various USCRA management in one dedicated place to provide event information has got to be an asset to everyone involved.

Peter, could you post any event information here that Jim posts on the old forum. He's having issues getting signed on here at the moment.

Hi all, There was a typo on the USVGP registration form for Masters/Super Masters. If you've already sent in your registration- no problem, Eve will handle it.

For those who have yet to send in their entries, I have uploaded it on the Yahoo group. Rob will be also uploading a revised, corrected form to the USCRA site and it will be available via the facebook page.

You can also get it here:

https://www.box.net/shared/38n9uao5ty

Thanks, Doug D.

P.S. Please note, the order of the races on the reg. form is a TENTATIVE schedule for the event. We are doing this to give everyone and idea of what to expect and enter their races accordingly. Eve has informed me we might have a conflict with F2/HWSV. Jim, Eve etc. will do their best to try an accommodate the effected riders.

Eve,
What is the problem that Doug D. mentioned with F2/HWSV?
Just curious.

I don't know, but they probably moved races around a little to make it easier on the back-to-back races.

First post links have been updated to include the schedule

The updated schedule shows F2 in race 6 and Formula Singles in race 12A (aka race 13 for the non-supersticious). We didn't want Heavyweight Supervintage and Formula 2 in the same race.

We will not be using the transponders at the USVGP. The track wants to charge the club $1500 a day for the use of the equipment. Transponder rental is additional for those that do not have them.
